Compassionate Inquiry®
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that gently uncovers the layers of childhood trauma, unconscious patterns and suppressed emotion held in the body — the root of so much of our suffering.
These online sessions help you discover the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviours that have kept you small, disconnected or stuck — and begin to find your way back to yourself. Sessions are held via Zoom, available to clients worldwide.
We begin with a complimentary discovery call to explore whether Compassionate Inquiry is the right fit for you.
About Compassionate Inquiry®
Compassionate Inquiry® can help you recognise that your conflicts, addictions, anxieties, depression and relationship patterns came along at a certain point in your life as coping mechanisms that helped you survive. Once you understand this, you may realise that these adaptations are not who you are.
Who you are is your being, your essence, which is peaceful, aware and whole. It can never be damaged or broken.
During a session, through questions and deep listening, a mirror is held up to your experience — allowing you to see yourself clearly, perhaps for the first time. Together we inquire into each situation and your response to it, gently uncovering the underlying dynamics and where they began.
