People thrive when met with compassion
Dr Gabor Maté
Compassionate Inquiry®, developed by Dr Gabor Maté, is a psychotherapeutic approach to healing which gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
These powerful sessions help you discover the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviours that are keeping you from living life with authenticity, freedom and expansion.
Jessi is a beautifully kind, gentle and fun spirit. I feel very safe in her presence. I also have complete trust and a faith in her capabilities. Everytime I have seen her there has been another door opened or another nugget of gold i have found.

About Compassionate Inquiry®
Compassionate Inquiry® can help you to recognize that your conflicts, dysfunctions, addictions, anxieties, depression, and relationship patterns came along at a certain point in your life as coping mechanisms that helped you to survive. Once you understand this, you may realise that these adaptations are not who you are.
Who you are is your being, your essence, which is peaceful, aware and whole. It can never be damaged or broken.
During a Compassionate Inquiry session, through questions and deep listening, a mirror is held up to your experience, allowing you to see yourself clearly, perhaps for the first time.
The intention is to inquire into each situation and your response to it, so that you can understand the underlying unconscious dynamics and their origin.
